Join us on this walk which offers great views, the lesser known treasure of the Great Pond of Stubbing and the opportunity to walk lesser known paths south of Chesterfield. Starting point is Highashes Lane in Spitewinter, high above Chesterfield. From there we make our way via Birkinlane Farm down to the Great Pond with its noteworthy dam dating from around 1700.
