Location: Meeting on Butts Road at Monsal Head where there is usually roadside parking. There is also a pay car park just across the road.

The walk starts at Monsal Head, famed for the wonderful view of the Dale and viaduct. The walk takes us along the Monsal Trail, formerly a rail track, to Cressbrook Dale, Peter's Stone, Foolow, Longstone Moor and Little Longstone.
