Minninglow Meander

This walk is definitely not to be missed! It combines views of Minninglow itself (a limestone hill which is counted as one of the Ethels at 372 metres and famous for its barrows and a Neolithic chambered tomb) plus a wander to Roystone Grange. This is a tiny settlement which has been in existence around 1800 years, and here we can see a building which looks like a chapel or church and which was in fact a pump-house, used during the construction of the Cromford and High Peak Railway. Tons of history and a scenic walk!
