Location: Park in Ilam Hall CP (NT free to members otherwise P&D £7 per day, or roadside parking in Ilam. The walk starts from Ilam Hall Car Park.

The walk goes from Ilam Hall in the Manifold Valley via Bunster Hill and Upper Hall Dale to beautiful Milldale in the Dove Valley before heading up above the Dove to Baley Hill and Thorpe Pasture returning via Coldwell Bridge.
