Location: The walk will start from the car park at Ilam Hall which is free for National Trust members or £5 for 4 hours, £7 for all day. There is free roadside parking by Ilam Cross just outside the gates of Ilam Hall.

A walk from Ilam Hall up the Manifold Valley via Rushley and taking in Beeston Tor Farm and Throwley Hall.
