Location: Market Place, Hartington SK17 0AL. Parking available in Market Place and nearby roads. There is normally good parking in Hartington but it could be busy this week because of Easter. The public car park costs £2.00 cash and £2.20 Pay-by-Phone. As there is no mobile phone reception, it's easier to Pay-by-Phone before leaving home for those that want to use it (Location: Parsons Field; 806394).

Circular walk from Hartington Market Place to Crowdicote via Pilsbury Castle and across into the Staffordshire Moorlands and back above the River Manifold via Boothlow and Sheen. There are 15 stiles. There is a short steep climb up to Edge Top Farm above Crowdicote that is a bit tricky. It was muddy and slippery today after the recent rain and poles really helped.
