Darley Bridge to Bakewell (Note earlier start time)

Join us on this linear walk on which we will be following the course of the Derwent and then the Wye. We start from Darley Bridge Picnic Site and then walk through Churchtown (with its famous yew, reputed to be around 2000 years old in the churchyard of St. Helens) and from there onto Rowsley. We then take the track which climbs up towards Manners Wood and reach Bakewell via Coombs Road. Very good views are to be had of the meeting of the Derwent and Wye Valleys.
