Location: Meeting place is the Market Place in Cromford. Parking options include nearby on-street parking, or car parks at Cromford Wharf or Cromford Meadows which are Pay and Display car parks.

From the Market place in Cromford, with its immense industrial history, we make our way via the High Peak Trail to Aqueduct Cottage, a Grade 2 listed building on the Cromford Canal. This building was derelict for many decades before a group of volunteers from Friends of Aqueduct Cottage, a part of Derbyshire Wildlife Trust, put in immense efforts to renovate it.

The walk also includes magical Lea and Bow Wood.
