Bamford to Shatton Moor

Enjoy the spectacular landscape of the Hope Valley on this walk from Bamford. We start at Mytham Bridge near Bamford station and make our way up hill via Rebellion Knoll near Bradwell and  onto  Shatton and Offerton Moors before descending back to Bamford. Note this walk involves 270 m of ascent and crosses open access land on old tracks that are on uneven ground. Walking poles may be advisable. Suitable cold weather gear should be carried as walk crosses open moorland. Refreshment facilities (with toilets) at start and end.
