Location: Meet and park in the village car park next to Hall Orchard Playing Field. (donations accepted). Alternative parking in the streets of the village, Church Street probably best choice.

This is a classic Derbyshire Dales walk: from Ashford in the Water we ascend to Monsal Head, where (weather permitting) fantastic views of Monsal Dale and beyond can be experienced. Our return is via the village of Little Longstone.
