Ashbourne, Mappleton and Marten Hill

Starting at the Peak District National Park car park on Mappleton Lane in Ashbourne, this circular walk takes us through Mappleton and to Marten Hill.

Ramblers members from other Ramblers groups are welcome to join us. 

Please wear walking boots and warm clothing and bring a waterproof.  Please bring plenty to eat and drink.  Please carry a completed ICE card (go to our website, click Walks, then click What to Bring).

The route is slippery in parts; walking poles are recommended.
