Incident Report Form Walk grading

If the activity was a group walk, please

This form should be completed & returned confirm the walk grading (mark with an X):

as soon as possible (within 10 days) after an incident involving injury, property damage, or after a near miss. If there is a Easy access serious incident, this form should be Easy completed & emailed to us on the same Leisurely day the incident took place.

Return the completed form to: Strenuous incidents@ramblers.org.uk , attaching any Technical **relevant supplementary information. We’**ll reply to confirm receipt and to let you know the incident has been logged during Date of activity our working week, Monday - Friday.
